Chloropyridine acid is obtained by electroreduction of tetrachloropicolinic acid at the cathode. According to the requirements, a 30-kilogram continuous pilot test electrolysis device is designed. The device feeding, electrolysis and product post-treatment process units can realize the mother liquor and electrolyte solution. Recycling of extractant, etc., without three wastes, and the development of automatic control program, can allow all operation processes to realize computer automatic control.
